Terms of Service

Effective date: 2026-04-18

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using IntoHarmony (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Not Medical Advice

IntoHarmony is a self-awareness and self-regulation tool. It is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing in the App replaces consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create your own account and use the App yourself. If you are between 13 and 18, you may only use the App with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Kid profiles (ages 5–13) are operated by a parent or legal guardian on the child’s behalf: the child does not hold an account, the parent or guardian provides the permission recorded in the App, and the child’s check-in data stays on the device — it is never transmitted to our servers or used to train models.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the App; (b) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (c) interfere with the operation of the App or the security of other users’ accounts.

Intellectual Property

The App, its content, features, and functionality are owned by IntoHarmony and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IntoHarmony shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the App.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from Profile → Privacy & data.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
