IntoHarmony
Interoceptive urge support

Urges crest and fade.
Learn to ride them.

Every urge announces itself in the body first. IntoHarmony trains interoception — the skill of noticing those signals and reading what they mean — so you can name what's underneath and choose one small move that fits, in the moment it matters.

Notice. Name. One small move.

Notice

A one-minute check-in

Six quick body signals — energy, activation, tension, clarity and more. No essays, no scales of 1–100. Just where you actually are.

Name

A state, in plain words

Your check-in resolves to a card that mirrors your state back to you — without judgment, and without telling you how you should feel.

Move

One matched next step

Every state comes with small, doable moves matched to exactly that state — not a library to browse while the moment passes.

Interoception — your body, read from the inside

The tight chest before the words come out. The restless pull toward the fridge, the phone, the drink. Your body speaks first.

Interoception is your sense of what's happening inside your own body. Research calls the practiced side of it interoceptive sensibility — noticing internal signals and appraising what they mean, rather than being swept along by them. That is the skill IntoHarmony trains: a built-in course teaches the foundations, and every check-in is a rep. Over time, the gap between an urge rising and you noticing it gets shorter — and inside that gap is your choice.

Patterns proven on your own data

Insights start from published research, and every check-in shifts the model toward you. IntoHarmony tests which patterns actually hold in your data — watching trajectories, not averages — and labels every insight with how solid it is and where it came from. Three data points never masquerade as a truth.

Example insights — illustrative. Every insight always carries its tier, its sample size, and whose data it rests on.

No streaks. No scores. No guilt.

There is no streak to break, no badge to earn, nothing to fail at. Warmth when you arrive; silence — never shame — when you're away. Anything that could become one more thing to fail at, we left out.

Private by architecture

Your body's data stays on your phone

Raw health, cycle, and check-in data lives on your device — it is not uploaded. The little that syncs to keep your account working is minimal, consent-gated, and listed for you to see.

It learns your rhythms

Tuned to your body, over time

Optionally connect Apple Health. IntoHarmony learns your baselines — including your cycle, if you track one — so support fits your body on the day you're actually having. All of it on-device.

Honest about the evidence

We say what the research supports — and no more.

IntoHarmony is grounded in research on interoceptive sensibility — the practiced skill of noticing and appraising your body's signals — and on in-the-moment support. When the app shows you a pattern, it tells you how solid it is and how much of your own data is behind it. Never a bare number.

See between sessions — only with consent

If a client chooses to share, IntoHarmony prepares a session-prep summary for you: their state trajectories, the urges they worked with, what they tried, and how it landed — with tiered evidence behind every claim. Sharing is scoped, consent-gated, and revocable by the client at any time; raw health and cycle data never leaves their device.
